About Us Alex Nott surfing the break at Playa Guiones, Nosara Nosara Realty was founded by Alex Nott after he decided to share his knowledge, business experience and love for Costa Rica with others. Mr. Nott has accumulated over twenty-five years of business experience as an entrepreneur and business owner in the United States. In the corporate world, his career included roles as a magazine managing editor and writer. More recently in the technical world he worked as a technical analyst in the high-speed internet telecommunications industry. He holds a bachelors degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of Florida 1985, Gainesville, Florida, USA.
